Zoom classes during COVID-19

We won’t slow down!

During this trying time we at Lenihan School of Irish Dance are doing our part to support all state and local efforts to social distance while we wait out COVID-19. The safety of our dancers and their family and friends comes first.

We know how important it is to keep moving and keep healthy. That’s why Lenihan School of Irish Dance will be continuing our class schedule by taking advantage of the technology available to us: teleconferencing! All classes for the foreseeable future will be held remotely.

How do we do it

From the convenience of your home you can join a Zoom meeting. Prior to class you will be sent the information you need to sign in. Grab a spot in your living room, your garage, the back yard….anywhere! Sign in on your phone or laptop and you are a part of the team. It’s really that easy.

How’s it working?

What have we been hearing from students about the various classes we have held since March 19?
“Great workout,” “Intense,” “Learned a lot,” “Got my slip jig down” “Saw all my dance friends, yay!” “Learned a new step,”  “I feel good.”  Coming together like this now is exactly what we need–along with some cardio and some camaraderie!

Come join us

We welcome all current students, new beginner students interested in learning Irish dance as well as new students with experience who wish to continuing their Irish dance training at an accomplished Irish dance school.
